We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can as we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to be cleared from custom. INDONESIA SHIPPING PROCEDURE

An email with the shipment number will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed and shipped out within 1-2 working days.All the orders will be delivered to the following cities and handled over to the last mile delivery provider in your country.You will receive an updated local tracking number via SMS / Whatsapp from the local courier company as well as an email from HEARGURUN LLC once the order is dispatched in your respective city.Do note that all the orders placed on heargurunshop.com and delivering to INDONESIA are all inclusive of Duties and Taxes, please contact us and reject the package if you are asked to pay any duties and taxes.
